Meadow Woods Assisted Living, located on the Martin Luther Senior Living Campus is looking for an exceptional RN to fill the role of Assistant Director of Health Services! Perfect opportunity for someone looking to add management experience! The ADHS is responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of our residents are met while providing staff leadership duties. This exciting opportunity is full time (.9) hich will include every other weekend


Job Responsibilities

  • Maintaining assessment and documentation

  • Coordinating client health services

  • Managing and overseeing medication and treatment administration

  • Monitoring work and performance of licensed and unlicensed staff

  • Support DHS by acting as RN

Qualifications: Applicant requirements current MN RN license in good standing. 1-3 years of nursing leadership experience.
