Meadow Woods Assisted Living, part of the Martin Luther Senior Living campus is looking for a Home Health Coordinator. This position is full time, Mon-Fri. The Home Health Coordinator provides a wide range of administrative support to the community.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain home care staffing schedule for community. Updates master nursing schedules in computer.

  • Coordinators HR functions: Assists with payroll, interviewing, hiring process, paperwork and New Employee Orientation

  • Perform Clerical Receptionist duties - ordering supplies, filing

  • Billing and Accounts Receivable

  • Coordinates communication and Provider/Doctor Scheduling

Qualifications

  • One to three years experience in similar position, preferably in Long Term Care.

  • Associate Degree or Health Unit Coordinator training preferred

  • Comfortable with MS Office and learning new software programs, familiar with Educare, Kronos, and Eldermark desired

  • Ability to work independently, with attention to detail, has strong community skills and able to work effectively with a wide variety of people.
