We are seeking Resident Assistants with top-notch people skills to be part of a highly motivated and committed team at Meadow Woods Assisted Living, an Ebenezer managed facility on the Martin Luther Campus. This includes Assisted Living and Memory Care.
Key expectations include good customer service skills, teamwork, and a positive attitude. Some caretaking (HHA, Care Attendant, Resident Assistant) at a community required. Memory Care experience preferred.
We are currently seeking Resident Assistants part time on the evening shift.
Key responsibilities include providing excellent resident care, documentation and assisting with daily activities of living.
Qualifications include organizational skills, superb people skills, and attention to detail. No experience necessary as we will train caring individuals dedicated to serving seniors; however preference given to those with previous Home Health Aide, Nursing Assistant, PCA, CNA, NAR experience.
