Fairview Health Services Durable Medical Equipment Service Coordinator - Chisago City in Chisago Lakes, Minnesota


As part of the respiratory team, the DME Service Coordinator has direct responsibility for all aspects of the DME service delivery associated with sleep medicine DME. This position ensures: processes are in place to support an exceptional customer service environment, high quality equipment is available and easy for the customer to understand and use, DME equipment and processes are effectively integrated into business and clinical operations, efficient and effective work within a team environment, and all customers have an excellent experience with Fairview Home Medical Equipment.Applicants should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and desire to work independently in a team environment.

This position will have a home base at our Chisago City Clinic showroom. It is benefit and PTO eligible!


Minimum Education:

AA Degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Education:

Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare related field

Minimum License/Certification/Registration:

Basic life support certification

1 year working in a clinic setting

Preferred Experience:

2+ years in a direct patient care setting

6 months experience fitting DME equipment
