Overview

Fairview Recovery Services offers a complete range of outpatient treatment options helping adults to recover from chemical addiction and live a fuller life. Services include evaluation, primary treatment, family counseling and aftercare. We are dedicated to helping the whole person physically, psychologically, interpersonally and spiritually.

Responsibilities/Job Description

Provides assessment, education, and therapy for clients and their families. Communicates effectively verbally and in writing with other caregivers. Assists family members/concerned persons in the development of self care plan.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Family Studies, Psychology or Human Services or related field and LADC, LMFT, LICSW or LPC required, with 1-2 years experience working with family groups or specific education in family dynamics; Master's degree and LMFT or LICSW preferred.
