Aurora on France is located in the heart of Edina across from Fairview Southdale Hospital and features Assisted Living and Transitional Care in one welcoming and beautiful building! We are seeking a part time (Mon. and Fri. 8am – 4:30pm and every other weekend) multi-talented person that can provide top-notch service to our residents and community. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance of all common areas and grounds. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with seniors that is self-motivated and has good interpersonal & communication skills.
Qualifications: 1-3 years previous experience with general maintenance skills including; plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, and light carpentry. HVAC and Appliance repair experience is a plus. Will be on-call for after hour emergencies.
