This position serves our community after business hours and on weekends. In this role, you will be responsible for providing customer assistance for tenants and families; answering the telephone; assisting with building emergency response; monitoring building entry and providing security, maintenance, housekeeping and administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications include: Strong customer service skills; ability to troubleshoot; some college and a desire to work with seniors is critical.
