We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Designer to take us to the next level! This position provides full-service creative solutions to Ebenezer and Ebenezer Management Services, the senior housing arm of Fairview Health Services. The three core competencies required of this position are Creative Excellence, Positive Client Relationships and a Great Culture. The Designer will be responsible for creating the overall visual look of Ebenezer; Ebenezer Management Service’s managed properties. This person will work with the Ebenezer marketing team to ensure brand consistency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Designer on projects, across all media: Print, Digital and Video. This includes but is not limited to developing logos, stationery systems, signage, all collateral materials, print and digital ads, and providing design guidance for website development.

  • Designs and evaluates projects, works closely with marketing team and receives approval as final, oversees maintenance of job folders and documentation.

  • Oversees print and print production for all printed materials.

  • Secures clear understanding of the objective and demographics of the campaign to ensure designs are targeted to appropriate audience.


Experience & knowledge in:

  • -The latest Macintosh operating systems

  • -Design applications including (but not limited to) Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office (Position serves as a technology resource for the agency and department, and must be highly knowledgeable in the day-to-day use of these applications)

  • -Knowledgeable in all File Transfer systems

  • -Printing techniques

  • -Digital capabilities

Ability to:

  • -Concept/design across all mediums

  • -Creatively execute all types of campaigns (Tier 1 to Tier 3)

  • -Effectively multi-task with tight deadlines independently and within a team environment

  • -Define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and recommend solution

  • -Handle and resolve customer conflicts in a professional, tactful manner

  • -Build relationships with members

  • -Operate a personal computer
