Fairview Health Services Physician - Rheumatology in Princeton, Minnesota
Fairview Health Services is seeking a Rheumatologist to join a multispecialty practice at and locations.
As a Rheumatologist at Fairview, you will have a strong referral base in a part of the metro eager for Rheumatology services. Practice is co-located with Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Neurology, and many more medical and surgical specialties. A panel of patients already established for an incoming physician.
Provide outpatient care primarily at and locations.
Onsite diagnostic services include lab and extensive imaging
We use a primary nursing model where physicians work primarily with the same CMA/LPN.
As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.
Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).
Physicians admit patients to the hospitalist service at Fairview Lakes Medical Center in Wyoming, MN and Fairview Northland Medical Center in Princeton, MN.
Collaborate with other Fairview employed Rheumatologists and Pain Management physicians.
Clinic hours of operation are flexible to meet the needs of patients and physician preference.
Physicians work a four day clinical work-week with expectation of 36 patient contact hours per week.
2-year market competitive salary guarantee with ability to exceed on production compensation program.

Graduate of an accredited ACGME Rheumatology fellowship training program and Board Certified/Board Prepared with the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association.
Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure.
Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.
