Job Description:

This position coordinates pharmacy services in designated service line to achieve effective and exceptional patient/client service. This includes building and maintaining professional relationships with key stakeholders to maximize service delivery, the development and maintenance of processes to ensure efficient and effective operations and administrative and project support to anticipate business needs while promoting growth and success.

Job Expectations:

  • Provide office management support for business office including meeting scheduling and coordination, purchase and maintenance of office supplies, on-boarding support and front desk and call support during office hours.

  • Coordinate business unit functions through timeline management of key projects, final document preparation and collaboration with key stakeholders and ensuring effectiveness of processes and procedures.

  • Act as a liaison to stakeholders within Fairview Pharmacy Services by building and maintaining relationships with all customers.

  • Manage data collection and reporting as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

Required Experience:

3 years of administrative experience in pharmacy or related setting with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Preferred Education

Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare
