Job Description:

The Admission Financial Rep. is responsible to answer phones, register patients, verifies insurance, obtains pre-certification, and financially secures accounts in a fast paced clinic which includes scheduling in the Fairview Lakes Cancer Care Clinic and Infusion Center.

Resolves potential coverage issues working claims edits and mail returns. Reviews financial information to identify coverage issues. Obtains patient consent and delivers privacy information. Obtains necessary patient signatures on all related forms. Ensures patient receives privacy disclosure rights.

To be successful, the Admission Financial Rep. must be able to:

  • Schedule and maintain patient appointments

  • Provide excellent customer service on the phone and in person

  • Maintain patient confidentiality
