The Contract Specialist Associate is responsible for providing contracting and customer service support to the Fairview Purchasing Network (FPN) and for providing contracting support to the Fairview Supply Chain contracting team. Duties include price activation of Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) contracts; cost analysis of savings opportunities; working with the FPN Manager and GPO representatives to provide reporting and opportunities to FPN members; executing and maintaining supply and equipment maintenance agreements. In addition this position will assist with the planning and acquisition of Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) related to Fairview’s expansion and renovation projects.
4 years of experience in supply chain or contract experience.
6 years progressive experience supply chain field or contract experience.
