Job Description:

Provides services to patients and physicians though the creation of diagnostic images appropriate to the age of the patients. Responsible for meeting the established standards of practice and patient care, supplies and equipment and for coordinating team work with all members of the health care team.

To be successful, the CT Technologist must be able to:

  • Perform general radiographic, fluoroscopic, portable and computed tomography and bone densitometry procedures in an efficient, accurate manner using prescribed techniques and protocols.

  • Demonstrate good knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and radiation safety protocols.

  • Responsible for participating in departmental quality Assurance Plan.

  • Performs support functions such as contrast injections as needed

Job Qualifications:


  • Graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technology Program

  • ARRT certification

  • BLS Certification


  • CT Registration

  • Prior CT Experience

  • EPIC/Radiant Experience

  • Casual hours based on department needs, vacation, ill calls, etc.
