Provide overall department support and coordination of projects to accomplish overall goals for the Fairview Ambulatory Infusion/Oncology pharmacies. Prepare presentations; provide project management to ensure project completion and anticipate business needs to assist in growth and business success. Responsible for data collection, communication, and reporting of information to internal and external agencies, office, facility and other staff.
Pharmacy experience in ambulatory infusion, oncology or specialty pharmacy preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or six years’ experience in department support
Registered or ability to become registered as Pharmacy Technician with the MN State Board of Pharmacy. If Minnesota Board of Pharmacy registration on or after 1/1/2013, must have a certificate of completion from a MNBOP approved employer based or vocational/technical training program.
Two years administrative or office management experience.
One year of pharmacy technician experience working in a Specialty or Hospital environment.
Excellent customer service and phone skills, proficient in the English language, good attention to detail, positive attitude, ability to follow-through, flexibility in scheduling and excellent organization and communication skills. Excellent computer skills. Ability to anticipate needs and achieve results.
