Job Description:

Tray assembly, tray cart delivery, and tray delivery to the patient

Plating and preparation of desserts and salads for use on the patient tray line and in the cafeteria

Tray disassembly, receiving clean dishes and pans

Cashier work, ringing transactions on a cash register

Restocking of work stations, stocking of floors and the delivery of nourishments to patients

Clean and reset work area, as described in specific work descriptions/outlines

Physical Demands: Standing, walking, repetitive actions, hearing, seeing, lifting above shoulders maximum 15 lbs., carrying at waist level, pushing, speaking.

Mental Demands: Frequent people contact, deadlines and interruptions, ability to work independently, decision making skills, organizational skills and concentration and ability to work with others
