Core Responsibilities: This position performs emergency clinical assessment, brief psychotherapy, provider consultation, crisis call support, and connects clients and/or families who are in need of care to additional behavioral services. This position works with a multidisciplinary team to provide a consult relating to the patients next level of care. The services provided by this position may be performed face-to-face or via tele-health capabilities. The Licensed Mental Health Professional is responsible for coordinating care with other assigned clinicians, peer support, medical practitioners working with the BHP contracted systems, and additional entities included in the care of their clients. Locations available: Golden Valley office (telemedicine) Shifts available: overnight - all set shifts Part time is defined as 6 to 9 set shifts per pay period (part-time includes benefits)
Master's Degree from an accredited College or University in Social Work, Psychology, or closely related discipline
Must be independently licensed in the state of Minnesota and in good standing without any restrictions (ie: MA LP; MSW LICSW; MS LMFT, PhD LP; etc.)
Three (3) or more years of experience in crisis situations or clinical therapy
One to three (1-3) years leadership experience in a behavioral related field, managed care or call center
Experience in case assessment and intakes within an Emergency Department setting
