Job Description:

The LPN will assist the Transplant Coordinator in all activities related to kidney and pancreas patient care.

Answers & assists with returning patient calls as directed by coordinator.

Works in conjunction with transplant schedulers, transplant administrative staff and coordinator.

Assists with coordination of waitlist-transplant care including scheduling routine visits and testing per protocols

Obtains results of testing for coordinator review.

Job Qualifications:


Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program

Current State of MN LPN licensure

Current BLS

Previous ambulatory experience preferred
