Responsible to provide financial analysis management and process development for the finance and regulatory requirements associated with specialty pharmacy and retail pharmacy business lines and for external clients. Oversee financial requirements and reporting of the 340B program. Supervise staff in the development and implementation of required deliverables for both internal and external customers.
Create, implement, and manage strategies and processes related to financial performance analysis, contract performance, business line performance, and program performance.
Manage the capital requisition process including capital budget preparation and tracking, request compilation and submission, and approval process. .
Work with department managers and Administrative staff in the preparation and analysis of financial reports to provide financial information regarding key business decisions and operational performance results.
Review, develop, recommend and monitor strategies and processes related to consulting business financial analysis including financial sizing and the development of financial process improvement recommendations for clients.
Review, monitor and provide organizational oversight to ensure financial requirements of the 340B program and provide business support and analysis for program reporting, control monitoring, and inventory and savings valuation by applying expertise in areas including program qualification, dispense accumulator, purchasing, savings and inventory valuation.
Supervise staff including hiring, orienting, coaching, evaluating and effectively managing performance to ensure high quality service is provided to internal and external customers in alignment with organizational expectations and productivity goals
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field
8 years of progressive accounting experience with a minimum of 4 years in a healthcare setting and 4 years with data analytic/databases
Certified Public Accountant
Masters in Business Administration
10 years accounting experience with at least 5 years in a retail and/or specialty pharmacy setting.
Experience working with 340B Drug Pricing program
