Job Description:

Provides coordination of written and verbal communication to support day to day operations within Nursing Adminstration at Fairview Southdale Hospital ( located in Edina, MN). Provides secretarial support including word processing; composing and proof reading correspondence; presentation and report development; copies, collates and distributes as required.Assists in maintaining databases and associated files and records on a regular basis according to established procedures. Develops and implements office procedures to maintain systems and records. Schedules/coordinates meetings; appointments; manages calendars for department staff.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

Understanding of hospital administration operations

Strong interpersonal communication skills

Required:

Vocational/Technical Training or Associate's Degree

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Work processing experience and computer experience

Ability to respect and maintain confidentiality of all information
