Job Description:

In collaboration with patients and families, the Occupational Therapist responsible for providing safe and effective delivery of patient care within scope of practice. This includes examination, evaluation, diagnosis, planning, intervention and establishing outcomes.

Partnering with the patient and family while performing the evaluation/re-evaluation

Providing patient education based on as assessment of learning needs of patient/care giver

Maintaining an individualized plan of care, related to the patient's needs,

Continually reassess resource utilization as patient progresses towards goals

Providing safe and effective intervention, within scope of practice, according to patient needs

Full time

Part time

Per diem (commitment of 4 weekend shifts per month)

Casual (commitment of 2 shifts per month)

Job Qualifications:

Candidates will possess a BS in Occupational Therapy and OT registration/licensure in State of Minnesota.

Current BLS (AHA or American Red Cross) certification is also required. P

referred candidates will possess a master's degree in Occupational Therapy and work history will include 1 year of post-graduate OT experience. Certification with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy is also highly preferred.
