Greets and welcomes patients and visitors upon arrival. Schedules patient visits and maintains high visibility at the entrance and exit. Is responsible for servicing patients and families until which time patient care staff can assume responsibility.
Demostrates excellent customer service skills to patients/visitors in the clinic and on the phone.
Greets patients in a respectful manner
