Within the call center of the Specialty Services and Mail Order department, our Pharmacy Technician Service Representatives (PTSR) assist patients across the nation daily, while assuring medication needs are met in every capacity. You will have the opportunity to advance your career through various levels of the PTSR role and/or explore the various opportunities with the adjacent teams within the department.

Job Qualifications:

Required –

Experience:

6 months-1 year of pharmacy customer service experience.

Current registration with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy. If Minnesota Board of Pharmacy registration on or after 1/1/2013, must have a certificate of completion from a MNBOP approved employer based or vocational/technical training program.

Preferred –

Education:

Graduate of Pharmacy Technician program

Experience:

One year pharmacy technician experience in a call center environment

License/Certification/Registration:

Pharmacy certification with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board
