In collaboration with patients and families, the physical therapist is responsible for providing safe and effective delivery of patient care within scope of practice. This includes examination, evaluation, diagnosis, planning, intervention and establishing outcomes. This PT will cover outpatient caseloads at Maple Grove, New Hope, UMMCH, SPOP, Woodbury, Southdale Place, Cobblestone and Eagan. The desired applicant will start in adults and have experience in neuro and vestibular. The selected applicant will start training and mentorship at SPOP and Southdale Place
-Travels to and provides care in multiple settings as assigned
-Demonstrates personal flexibility to meet staffing and patient needs
-Manages unanticipated changes throughout the day
-Demonstrates ability to provide care with a variety of clinical populations
-Completes assigned duties prior to transition to subsequent setting and/or establishes handoff for continuity of care
-Adaptable in responding to demands of multiple processes and supervisors
This position is benefit and PTO eligible! The schedule will be 64 hours per two week pay period
Physical Therapy registration/licensure in the state of Minnesota or temporary license in the state of Minnesota
Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
Basic Life Support certfication for a healthcare provider
