Provide service to patients and physicians through the creation of high quality diagnostic imaging, provides quality age-appropriate patient care according to established standards of practice and works collaboratively with all members of the health care team. The Interventional Technologist assists with invasive procedures in the Interventional Angio suites, collects and assesses image date and performs scrub role assisting the radiologist.

To be successful, the Interventional Imaging Technologist must be able to:

Maintain Patient care and ensure data integrity

Participate as an active team member

Correctly operate equipment according to accepted standards and guidelines

Achieve and maintain homeostasis manually or with mechanical device of physician choice when required.

Schedule: M-F varing shift with call on every 6th weekend and 1evening per week; 30 minute call-back window. Schedule is posted 30-35 days in advance.

Job Qualifications:

Required

ARRT Registration or registry eligible with successful completion within 90 days of hire.

Preferred

One year or more of experience as and interventional tech.

ARRT IR certification

Education

Vocational/Technical training or Associates degree in Diagnostic Imaging or related field.
