To be successful, the Radiologic Technologist must be able to:
Provides services to patients and physicians through the creation of diagnostic images appropriate to the age of the patient
Meet the established standards of practice and patient care, supplies and equipment and for coordinating teamwork with all of the members of the health care team
Provides services to patients and physicians through the creation of high quality diagnostic imaging, provides quality age-appropriate patient care according to established standards of practice, and works collaboratively with all members of the health care team
Schedule: 3 day/mid shifts per pay period (7:30am and mid shifts start at 9:30am) Every other weekend Saturday/Sunday 7:30am - 7:30pm
Vocational, Technical Training or Associates Degree
ARRT Registration or Registration for modality specific (e.g. NMTCB, RDMS), or registry eligible with successful completion within 90 days (Ultrasound within 18 months
BLS certification for Healthcare Providers thru the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
