The rehab clerk is responsible for covering the front desk of the clinic which includes answering phones, checking in patients, scheduling, taking co-pays, filing and getting next day's charts pulled.
Responsibilities also include light cleaning and maintenance of equipment, restocking of treatment rooms, organizing of clinic at the end of the day and assistance with simple/unskilled patient procedures.
The schedule for this position (subject to change) includes Monday & Thursday 4pm-7pm; Tuesday & Friday 3pm-6pm; and Wednesday 3:30pm-6:00pm. It is located at our clinic in Burnsville, MN.
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Previous office or healthcare facility work experience
· Basic use of Microsoft Office applications
· Interest in Rehab Services field
