Job Description:

This Nurse Manager role will plan, manage, coordinate and evaluate patient care activities of the adult in-patient behavioral health units including resource management, quality, regulatory compliance, educational opportunities, and financial management. This role serves as a leader and role model to all staff and also maintains clinical competencies of staff. The Nurse Manager will lead staff on multiple units (2-3) ranging from 75-95 direct reports.

Job Qualifications:

Minimum Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field. If bachelors is not in nursing then must have a Master's degree in nursing

Preferred Education:

Advanced Degree in nursing or related field Minimum License/Certification/Registration:

Minnesota RN license, upon hire Minimum Experience:

3 years clinical nursing experience

1 year of nursing leadership experience
