Job Description:

The Senior Psychiatric Associate is responsible for the delivery of patient care, and promotion of a therapeutic environment as delegated by and under the supervision of the RN so that the goals and objectives of treatment are achieved on each unit as assigned. This includes but is not limited to the care of the unique behavioral needs within both acute medical and acute behavioral units.

Job Qualifications:

Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services' field

Minimum Experience: Experience with working emotionally disturbed persons and at least one year of experience as a Psych Associate.

Preferred Experience: Experience in medical care of patients.
