This opportunity allows you to join 30 other nursing professionals in a supportive environment where you are empowered to do your work well. As an RN - Telephone Triage Nurse Line Advisor, you will independently triage phone calls from patients and/or family members inquiring about their symptoms, medication refills, test results, and information regarding our facilities. Along with Fairview related facilities, this position also handle calls from other organizations that contract for our services. Nurses manage approximately 6 calls per hour with calls lasting 6-9 minutes in duration. The position is located in a call center environment with no direct patient interaction. There are several computer systems used to navigate resources for clients to best meet their needs.

Every other weekend is required.
This position is located in St. Paul, MN
Current Minnesota RN License
3-5 years RN work experience
Wisconsin RN License within 60 days of employment
Computer skills: able to document effectively in electronic health record software
RN Triage experience
