The Technologist position provides services to patients and physicians through the creation of diagnostic images appropriate to the age of the patient. Responsible for meeting the established standards of practice and patient care, supplies and equipment and for coordinating teamwork with all of the members of the health care team

To be successful, the Ultrasound Technologist must be able to:

Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures

Ensure patient data integrity

Participate as an active team member

Correctly operate equipment according to accepted standards and guidelines

Schedule includes: Tue,Thur, Fri and E/O Wed

Job Qualifications:


Education at a level to be ARDMS registry eligible

ARRT registered or ARDMS registered in one specialty within 18 months of employment with Fairview.

Basic Life support certification thru the American Red Cross or American Heart Association for a health care provider


Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound Program

ARDMS registered in multiple specialties

One year or more of ultrasound experience.
