We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian at Meadows on Fairview in Wyoming, MN. The Registered Dietitian is responsible for assessment, review & documentation for resident’s nutritional status. Assists in menu development. Preceptor for students. Assists in Policy & Procedure updates and development. Responsible for completion of MDS, CAA and Care Plans for residents as designated. Attends Stand-Up, Wound Round and Rehab Rounds. Audits care plans and kitchen cleanliness.
Meets resident's nutritional needs in the TCU - reviewing, charting, maintaining and updating records and nutritional care plans.
Preceptor for Students
Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or related field, RD, LD license necessary. One to three years pervious related experience required. Supervision and institutional cooking experience greatly preferred. A passion for working with seniors a must.
This is a .5 part time position.
